Gentle Cranio Sacral Osteopathy
Deep tissue massage followed by gentle palpation techniques. A subtle type of osteopathy to release stresses throughout the body, particularly the head, neck, spine and pelvis. Effective for all ages.

Bowen Technique
A stress busting therapy, to balance fascia tension throughout the body. Particularly helpful for athletes, allergy sufferers, frozen shoulders and during pregnancy.

Postural Advice
Treatment is enhanced & maintained by better posture. This is achieved by a series of educational sessions. Aches and pains can sometimes be relieved by a change in posture.

No, because Silke use very gentle techniques, the complete spectrum of age groups from babies, a few hours old to people in their 80`s or even 90`s can be treated.
What is the difference between Osteopaths & Chiropractors?
Traditionally most Chiropractors use strong structural joint manipulation. An Osteopath like Silke prefers gentle functional techniques, easing joints into the best position with soft tissue massage increasing circulation and relaxing membranes and fascia.
What should a patient wear?
Although the examination and treatment will usually require your outer garment removal, your underwear will be worn.
